How to Make
Step 1
Cut a hat shape from white paper or card and place it flat on a piece of green felt. Trace around the shape.
Step 2
Carefully cut around the shape, leaving a nice green hat silhouette.
Step 3
Take a sheet of orange felt and cut it into strips about 2cm wide, then wrap it around the wreath, sticking it down as you go.
Step 4
Next, cut thinner strips and stick these on vertically to make the leprechaun's beard.
Step 5
Create a belt to go around the hat and stick it on.
Step 6
Stick on the hat, then add some hanging ribbon to finish.
