How to Make

Begin by preparing the tissue paper balls by tearing off small pieces of tissue paper and roll it in your hands.
Once you have prepared enough tissue paper balls to cover the entire craft wreath use PVA glue to stick them down. Remember not to cover the hole in the craft wreath so you can thread the string through later.
Once the glue is dry begin to wrap the Flower LED string lights around the decorated craft wreath.
To finish, thread your string through the hole and make a knot in the string so that the wreath can be hung.
