Top Tip
Stand your cardboard tube upright and imagining a clock, mark 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock to help you glue your craft sticks evenly.
How to Make
- Print out the template and cut out the pieces. Paint the cardboard tube white and allow to dry. Then, paint it red. Allow to dry.
- Use Super Tacky Glue to stick 4 red craft sticks to the sides of the tube, evenly spaced. Leave 1-2 cm's of the sticks above the tube. Allow to dry. Use a black deco pen to colour the bottom 1cm of the tube, then stick the dragon teeth on with glue. Stick the dragon’s eyes on with glue and then use a black deco pen to draw the dragon’s pupils and nostrils.
- Paint the dragon’s eyebrows and nose details with green paint and allow to dry to finish your French knitter.
