How to Make
Step 1
Wrap the tube in orange holographic card and trim to length.
Step 2
Use the template to draw two fins.
Step 3
Cut the two fins out.
Step 4
Sandwich the tail between the cardboard tube and staple it together on one end.
Step 5
Stick on the front fin.
Step 6
Add wiggle eyes.
