How to Make
Step 1
Use a circular item (such as a small bowl or roll of tape) as a template to draw a circle onto some bubble wrap.
Step 2
Cut out the circle and glue it to a sheet of white card. Then cut out the circle with two fins on either side.
Step 3
Use a paint stick to add colour to the top of the puffer fish and the fins. Then use a white paint stick to paint the underneath section.
Step 4
Use red card to create the mouth and glue it to the bubble wrap. Then stick two wiggle eyes above the mouth.
Step 5
Stick the fish to a sheet of blue card, and use deco brush pens to draw the spikes. Use pens and paint sticks to draw the seaweed and bubbles onto the blue card.
