How to Make
Step 1
Start by painting the banner white for a clean, bright background.
Step 2
Create a wooden effect by painting the border with a mix of brown shades for a natural, textured look.
Step 3
Roll up strips of paper into small coils to create beautiful paper roses.
Step 4
Arrange and stick the paper roses onto the banner in a bouquet shape, adding green paper strips for stalks and leaves.
Step 5
Cut a label from your favourite coloured card, write a heartfelt message on it, and attach it with a piece of string. Stick it onto the banner for a personal touch.
Step 6
Finish by adding small pearl embellishments to give your banner an elegant, polished look.
