How to Make

Step 1

Firstly, paint the canvas black.

Step 2

Whilst the canvas is drying use scissors to create snips in one end of paper straws and cardboard tubes.

Fan out the snipped end of the cardboard tubes.

Dip the fanned-out edges of the cardboard tube in paint.
