If at the end of your event you’re left with remaining prizes, you can either sell them off, use as raffle prizes or return them to us for a full refund.
We are willing to refund on any unused prizes and complete sets of sealed tickets. You must pay the delivery cost of returning the goods to us.

Service Rating: quality prizes unfortunately not good weather so did not have a very good day but have returned un won prizes for refund. Thank you, if this option was not available it is unlikely that we would run a tombola at all
