Service Rating: My order was delivered quickly which was great. One item (the glass paints) had a colour missing, so I phoned about this. The person I spoke to dealt with it straight away and a new pack was sent straight out, so I was very pleased with the way they dealt with this error. Service Rating: this feedback form is extremely bad. There are other methods of questioning. Using this type of summative assessment on your feedback is poor skills as you may find that your customers can become rather irritated as I am becoming.
