I had a query regarding sand and sand bottles before I placed my order and I was delighted with the pleasant, helpful service I received over the phone: it made ordering for my Brownie pack so much easier!
Between poor and good- Delivery took over 2 weeks and only arrived when I rang up to enquire. When I did ring up as it was getting to date I needed the stuff I was told they had no idea where my order was and so sent it out again to arrive next day. Good service on phone but did cause me problems having such a delivery delay.
Please accept our sincere apologies, for you not having received your order within the delivery time as expected. I can see that as soon as we were made aware of this matter, one of my colleagues within our Customer Services Team arranged for a replacement to be sent using our Express Delivery Service. It appears that there was an issue with the original tracking number that had been assigned, with the Courier used on this occasion, which we sincerely apologise for.
