Service Rating: WhenI clicked each item it showed "Added to Basket" and when I looked at the basket, everything was there. But when I tried to pay, everything had vanished. Your telephone helpdesk staff said I needed to click "update basket" after every single item. There is nothing on the site to indicate this, and up until the last minute everything seemed fine. I had to reconstruct my entire order. I was furious - if I had had more time, I would have gone elsewhere.
The products and prices are good - but the user interface needs work!

Service Rating: Speedy delivery service as always! Just as a footnote though and maybe something to consider is that when I order porcelain stuff, in the past it has been packed with stuff on top of it which has meant that some items have subsequently broken in transit. I just wonder if it would be possible perhaps to make sure that these items were either better packaged or put on top of the parcel rather than in the middle or lower!
