Service Rating: Was veru disappointed with the lady who took my order at 9.30 and my money out of the bank assuring me I would be getting a discount as I am A Brownie Leader I told her that you have just taken my money and she assured me I would get a diiscount on the order when it was processed?? II knew I wouldnot as I know how the system works having been a customer before, I have been in contact with Gavin who has assured me a discount invoice will follow which I am waiting for.
