Product Rating: Several of the trees were poorly constructed and had broken pegs or were not straight. the edges of some were also quite rough. THose that were put together better were good and the guides really enjoyed painting them.
Service Rating: Very good company - mostly good products (recent poor 2 items reduced my rating from excellent to good) and fantastic delivery. Reliable company who show a good response to queries or complaints.
