Service Rating: very easy to use website. lots of choice. good price. delivered quickly all arrived as ordered. Had a code for a £5 off if spent over £50 but turned out that couldn't use as had bought sale items - didn't make this clear so had to call to find out why wouldn't accept code.

Product Rating: Worked better than I expected.
Service Rating: I like knowing the cost per item. I just wish that some items were avaliable individually as well as in packs. For example this Easter lots of packs of sheep, rabbits and chicks but as I buy for Sunday School I only want 20 sheep, no chicks or rabbits.
