Product Rating: The quality is acceptable, but they are far too expensive for what they are. As a lucky dip, we didn't feel we could charge more than 30p a go for them but they cost almost that much each. We won't buy them again at this price.
Service Rating: My first order was delivered to the wrong address and I got nothing but excuses for Parcel Force from Baker Ross. Part of the order was out of stock, but the money was taken anyway and no refund was given until I phoned to query it a couple of weeks later.
