Service Rating: fast, efficient delivery, though don't know that i would count back door step as secure place to leave the parcel. There were 2 unlocked sheds in garden where it would've been out of sight.

Service Rating: Always had good prompt service, and children always enjoy the craft, felt pens were this time dissappointing and they were purchased to go with the wall hanging and were not suitable for purpose, had to use better quality fibre tipped pens bought previously. Forst time been disappointed
