Product Rating: Really disappointed with the footballs. Several of them popped almost immediately and was intending to email to ask for a partial refund.
We gave them out at a party, so it was a real shame for the kids whose footballs didn't last!
Could you please refund us some of the money.

Product Rating: The 1st football burst within a few minutes of use. on examination it was found that the plastic was extremely thin and tore very easily. They have been returned for a full refund and refund of all postage costs on the grounds that they are not of merchantable quality. No refunds have yet been received, at the time of writing this.
Service Rating: delivery fine, but refund for returned goods still not received.
