Product Rating: You get much more string than is needed for the projects, but very good instructions and easy to make up. Wish it came with glue dots for the sequins, but other than that no problems.
Service Rating: Sometimes you have to wait longer than the expected date for your items so order early if you can. You have to check through all items before doing the craft session as some kits have parts missing. I wish that you could choose the number of items needed rather than having to buy large amounts, all the time. But love the regular clearance sales and voucher discounts. Each craft kit could also come with a difficulty rating, as well as an age range. Some of the crafts which I thought were easy were rather fiddly. But overall I love using Baker Ross, and it is good value for money.

Product Rating: Had various similar products before,and these live up to expectations.Great for all ages from pre-school with support, to my 11 yr old.Very Cute!
Service Rating: Order was correct.Arrived in a reasonable time.One or two products didn't quite live up to my expectations,but overall good.Likely to use again in future.
