I have had a ongoing problem with being delivered the wrong item and to date this is still not resolveed. I order a 50pc kids fun toy CHRISTMAS pack and three times I have now been delivered the ordinary pack and not Christmas.
I am a little fed up of calling and sending back packages - please can I be send an Christmas pack as the party is a Christmas event. I also did not recieve a festive stationery pack. It seems you do not have the Xmas stock ready to deliver yet customers can order it.
