Service Rating: I have been a regular buyer from Baker Ross for a number of years, both through work and through the groups I run. Recently I have noticed the quality of the kits has dropped slightly, sticky things not sticking, nOT enough decorations to decorate items following the instructions etc. I know they're only little things but is such a shame as the ideas are lovely and some crafts look great, just a little disappointing. Will still continue to buy however, great selection of craft items and kits, reasonably priced.
