Product Rating: sewing holes were rather big which didn't improve the finished product very much
Service Rating: excellent. Goods were delivered really promptly, were well wrapped in a sturdy box and order was more or less complete. Missing items were dispatched as soon as available.

Service Rating: good selection of materials....bit pricey i will be lookingto shop around for value for money...have to spend alot to get discounts which isn't easy as i am buying for my daughter not a group. bit disappointed as the expensive felt tips suitable to use on wood/ceramics etc.didn't work. bought them earlier in the year to spread the cost,never used them and half of them didn't work when we wanted to use them hence some products not used. used a voucher and it was't deducted at transaction stage had to ring up...not sure whether i actually got my £10 discount. usually order on line but staff always helpful if i phone up. nice if there was some incentive to individuals to keep shopping. over all i'll keep using baker ross
