Returns & Refunds


We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange. We regret refunds cannot be given for opened/part packs or Personalised Products unless the product is defective.
Please use the Returns Form sent with your order. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.
Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.

Sale or Return Tombolas


Sale or Return ONLY applies to Tombola packs. If your event ends and you still have prizes on your hands, you can sell them off, raffle them or return them to us for a full refund (excluding your return carriage costs). Credit will only be given on unused goods and complete sets of sealed tickets. You must pay for carriage and delivery of returned goods. Sale or Return facility on Tombolas is for UK addresses only.

Printed and Personalised Items


We are unable to offer a refund for printed and personalised items. ANY amendments must be submitted in writing, and whilst we will always do our best to accommodate amendments, once your order has been received we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details, misspelt words etc.
