My reason for this is not specifically aimed at the company Baker Ross but more at the incompetence of the courier service that they employ. I paid for express delivery and my package was due to arrive on a Tuesday as it was a gift for someone whose birthday was on the Saturday, however this was not the case. when the Package did not arrive on Tuesday i called and was told that it would be delivered the following day, this did not happen either. i called again when it was not delivered on Thursday and was promised Friday would be my day. the Package was again not delivered on Friday so i called and spoke once again to Baker Ross customer Service. I spoke to a very helpful guy who explained that each day my order was placed on in the van but the courier never got round to delivering it. I was told that it would have to be done on Saturday, this was unacceptable to me as the birthday was on Saturday. In the end i had to drive to the courier depot and collect the Package myself.
