The bundle of toys i ordered was a load of rubbish I also ordered scented note books that were so small when they came i couldn't sell the for 50p so we ended up making a loss

Have been using Baker Ross for some time; they have an impressive range of products, often generating fresh ideas for activities
Good range of items, not bad pricing, quality a bit dodgy here and there. Waaaaaaayyyyy to many emails coming through, if I carry on getting this many I will be unsubscribing. I only organise about 4 fundraising events a year, I don't want to receive more than1 email a month.
few cheap items get what paid for
Paid for express delivery, took 5 days to arrive. Spent over £150 but had to do 2 separate orders to get the £10 off £100 and £5 off a £50 order. Rang to see if it could be combined, was told no. Not helpful. We're a regular customer but that made no difference. Some of the products are extremely poor, had to complain many times.
This product was as expected and was good for prizes at fundraising events. There were a few rubbishy items but that's probably the norm.

With regards to delivery, I can see that this order was placed after 2pm on 10.8.16. We therefore processed and dispatched this order the following day 11.8.16.
