Service rating: A bit fed up with all the coupons and offers being so time limited - they stress me out and I end up not ordering - but service and speed of delivery cannot be faulted. Product: I would have liked to have been able to buy some of the items in this seperately; there is much I don't think will be used, sadly.

A good selection of products and ideas and I find the simple value packs especially to be good value. The products arrived very quickly and in good condition.

The order came in a battered box which had brown tape all over. The scissors where just thrown in to box. The chalks and crayon box was open and the chalks and crayons where everywhere. the face paints had small cracks as we are holiday club the children wanted the face painted so we used it. phoned customer services on Wednesday 1st August 2012 the gentlemen said he has booked a courier for Thursday 2nd no courier came my day off Friday came in Monday no courier had been. We are company that has used your services and fell really let down with the service that has been provided.

I'm terribly sorry you had such a disaster order this time, I can see from your account that you have called in and spoken to my colleague who is dealing with this for you, he has arranged collection with an alternative carrier and has dispatched replacements for the damaged items free of charge.
