Service Rating: this feedback form is extremely bad. There are other methods of questioning. Using this type of summative assessment on your feedback is poor skills as you may find that your customers can become rather irritated as I am becoming.

Service Rating: Tracking system said goods were still being 'picked' but they had been dispatched. They arrived quickly and were well packaged.

Service Rating: I did not receive my order ,two weeks after the order was dispatched I contacted baker ross to inquire about my order . I spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and apologised for the delay by royal mail . He promised to send my order by courier for next day delivery ,he also said that he was going to refund my postage . He also said that if my original order turns up I can keep it as well .

The next day my order was delivered . My postage was refunded and a few days later I received an apology letter from Baker Ross . I was impressed with their customer service ,I will definitely buy from them again .

Service Rating: easy to order and delivery very prompt. quality of goods excellent. we use the items for incentive gifts for the children in school as chance prizes and for continued reading at home.
