Standard UK Mainland (Standard Delivery service)
• All parcels are despatched in the UK by a national carrier.
• Delivery will take up to 5 working days.
• Cost for Standard Delivery Service to UK Mainland addresses is £2.99 for orders under £25, £3.95 for orders between £25 and £60.
• Free Delivery when you spend over £60.
• Always quote your full postcode when ordering.
• Please give a daytime delivery address, as all parcels need to be signed for.

Next Working Day (UK Mainland only)
For urgent orders we offer a Next Working Day delivery service.
• Next Working Day £4.95 irrespective of order value (delivered next working day by 7pm if ordered by 1pm).
• Please select ‘Next Working Day’ when ordering on-line.
• Please give a daytime delivery address, as all parcels need to be signed for.
Please note: orders placed after 1pm are regarded as being received by us on the next working day (Monday-Friday).

UK Non-Mainland
Northern Ireland / Scottish Islands / Isle of Man / Isles of Scilly
• Deliveries to these non-mainland UK areas cost £3.95 for orders under £40 or £6.95 for orders between £40 and £75. Any order over £75 costs £3.00
• Delivery will take up to 7 working days.
• Please give a daytime delivery address, as all parcels need to be signed for.

Channel Islands
• Channel Islands pay no VAT.
• Delivery will take up to 7 working days.
• Delivery to Channel Islands cost £8.95 per order. Only £5.00 for delivery when you spend over £75.
• Select country as ‘United Kingdom’ but ensure you use the correct postcode.
• Please give a daytime delivery address, as all parcels need to be signed for.

B.F.P.O.
• Delivery to BFPO addresses will take up to 10 working days.
• Cost of delivery is £9.95 per order. Only £6.00 for delivery when you spend over £75.
• Ensure ‘B.F.P.O.’ is chosen as the Country Code or the order will be invalidated.
• You will then be taken to ‘Complete Your Details’ page – fi ll in the rest of your address.
• In the ‘BFPO Number’ field just enter the number e.g. ‘25’.
