Service Rating: Not sure what delivery company is used for Baker Ross, however on this order it was placed at the back of my house with no note to confirm where the order had been left. It was almost two weeks before it was found hidden at the back of the house, as used the tracking service to note it had been dispatched, by which point the weather had been torrential rain and the box sodden!! Thankfully the goods inside were covered in plastic and mainly sheltered from the weather. Notes or cards need to be put through letterboxes if they are placed in the grounds of the property. I have a porch which is where all previuos orders have been placed so why it was left at the back of the house is anyones guess!!!
