Credit Account Application
Any bona fide organisation/school can apply for an account. Minimum order value to open an account is £50 (excl. p&p). To set up an account, simply post or fax us a completed Credit Account Application Form. You can print off a copy of an application form using the facility below. Alternatively, contact Customer Services by telephone on 0844 576 8933 or email enquiry@bakerross.co.uk to obtain a form. We also accept local authority or NHS requisition forms and orders on official school letter headed paper.
Please allow 7 days for a credit account to be set up. We will write to inform you if your application has been successful. Once we have opened the account you can order online, by post or fax. To order online you will need to register using the main account address details and the customer reference number supplied by us on the account acceptance letter. The 'Purchase Order Number' field must be completed on the payment page.
Official Requisition Forms
Once your first 'requisition form' order has been received and accepted by us via post or fax, then subsequent orders can be made online. To order online you will need to register using the main account address details and the customer reference number supplied by us with your first 'requisition form' order. The 'Purchase Order Number' field must be completed on the payment page.
School Headed Paper
Credit may also be granted to orders received on school letter headed paper, and signed by the Head Teacher, via post or fax.
