Service Rating: Order placement was easy. Goods arrived on time however 2 lots were broken (owls and piggy banks), I was promised a repcaement order last Monday (19th) but have not received yet. Needs better packaging. Party is on 1st so anxious to receive replacement order. Staff all friendly.
