How to Shop

Browse by Category
Select the category you would like to browse from the main menu by hovering your cursor over it. You can then click on any of the main or sub category links that appear in the drop down box to begin shopping.

Quick Search
You can also use our Quick Search facility located at the top of every page. Simply enter a keyword or product code and click the Go button. You will be taken to a results page where relevant items matching your search will appear. If you cannot find what you are looking for, try refining your keyword(s).

More product information
To see a larger image and more information on a particular product, click on the blue Info button.

Add products to your basket
(i) You can add to your basket by selecting the pack size on the Product Listing page (thumbnail images) and clicking the Add to basket button. In the event that you would like more packs of the same product, click View basket and amend as necessary.
(ii) On the main Product Details page you can add an item to your order by first entering the quantity required then clicking Add to basket. To continue shopping you can either select a category from the top menu, use your browsers `back’ button, or click the continue shopping button.

Finished shopping
Click the Basket icon. Check the details of your order and amend as necessary then click Secure Checkout. If you have a discount voucher, enter the VOUCHER CODE in the ‘Enter any voucher code you may have’ box on the basket page.

Thank you for your order!
Once you have submitted your order the next screen that you will see confirms your order details. Please check these and make a note of the order reference number which you will need to quote in any communication with us.
