Service Rating: I have recommended Baker Ross to the parents of the children I childmind as they always ask where I get such lovely craft items. On the whole they are good value, just occasionally they are impossible to complete as parts do not go together or little bits might be missing.
When I did ask for a part to be replaced I am still waiting twelve months later. So be careful what you order.
