Service Rating: Fed up of paying for next day delivery and orders never turning up. Products are always good but service is poor.
Our Response:Unfortunately we do not regard weekends as working days. As your order was placed on a Friday, the next working day would have been Monday, and this is when your order was delivered. I am sorry for any disappointment caused.
