Product Rating: But I wanted 48 of these (2 packs of 24) and instead got 2 packs of 8. So many disappointed people at our art workshop for those with cancer. Thanks Baker Ross for ruining their day.
Service Rating: I phoned in an order to ensure that my specific instructions regarding delivery were followed. Not only were they not followed but two of the three items ordered were supplied in the wrong quantities. I let the company know and never even had an apology. Appalling service. I do not intend to use them ever again.
Our Response:I am so sorry to hear this. Your delivery instructions were to call you before delivery was made and unfortunately this is not a service our couriers provide. However some of our couriers do offer a text messaging service. If you ever have deliveries enquiries, Customer Services are happy to help, when advised of the problem.
