Service Rating: The main thing I find annoying is that when you come to pay there is no obvious place on the website to insert the code for a discount - I quite often end up spending way more than the amount required to get the discount and then forget to put it in, there should be a 'discount code?' reminder prompt or is that part of the marketing strategy!
