Service Rating: Usually great but this time only problem was that I ordered a few items and paid on card, when the order arrived one item had sold out but I had still been charged and have ended up with a credit on my account. I think this should have been noticed when ordering and not charged me, as I order for my charity Pre-school which doesn't have a debit card so I use my personal one and it has made me personally out of pocket until I order again

Product Rating: Great value for money and very easy to use.
Service Rating: Speedy delivery, all products arrived in great condition. I only have one negative comment and thats regarding the website. I tried to make my order without registering 3 times. Each time the website lost all my information and I had to start the order from scratch which was very time consuming. I did receive a follow up email, but I had sorted out the problem by this time by registering and ordering again.
