I was very disappointed having placed an order in time to recieve the chinese dragon puppets for a Chinese New Year activity with the Brownies, they failed to turn up in time, When I spoke to your customer services team they said the parcel was packed but was just sitting in the warehouse and he couldn't understand why it hadn't been disptached several days before. It was sent the following day but by that time our Brownies meeting and Chinese New Year had come and gone, so it was very disappointing. I have to say this is the first time I have had reason to be disappointed in Baker Ross' service, normally it is very good.
