Service Rating: I was slightly disappointed with my last order, not because of the quality or anything but I ordered Polar Pals 4 piece stationery sets and they were for 150+ sets so to find out only when my parcel arriving over a week after ordering them, that they were out of stock was very disappointing as I did not receive an email advising me of this or any notification of any kind and I had already had paid for them via credit card and the checkout system. As I needed the large quantity for a School Faye I had to phone up and try to explain my situation and quickly order an alternative, thankfully there was something at a more expensive price but as I needed them urgently, I was told I would have to pay for express delivery, but I tried to explain that if I had be advised sooner that my order was not in my parcel then I would have had time to order them in time for the fete, but this was to no avail and I had to reluctantly pay for it. Apart from that, they did arrive in time and they were gratefully received by the Children but as I had to wrap them all within a day, it was rushed and more expensive when it really did not have to be if I was informed of the out of stock issue in the first place.
