Service Rating: Could improve mailing service. My previous order was asked for by a specific day and failed to arrive and therefore I was unable to use it. It is not always possible to plan activities a week in advance to accommodate the normal mailing arrangements and when I asked for specific 2 day delivery this also failed.

Service Rating: Ihaven't actually used the items purchased for our forthcoming pack holiday but I'm sure they will be the usual excellent quality. It is a very good idea to allow tracking of the parcel through the courier system - delivery to my house was a little slow this time but fortunately the box was left with a neighbour so I had the Easter items just in time for our Brownie meeting
