Service Rating: Whole experience a nightmare! Ordered goods for next day delivery before 12 noon on a Friday, arrived the following Wednesday. Was told my ordered hadnt gone through until after 12 despite my confirmation invoice stating the time as 11.03am. No compensation offered!
