Service Rating: I had trouble ordering on line as the basket kept emptying - I phoned Baker Ross instead in frustration to place the order and was told I had to order on line!! I would not have bothered only I'd promised my neice we would decorate some things (that she had chosed from the catalogue) for mother's day and didn't want to disappoint her - I eventually managed to place my order after about 5 attempts! The products did arrive quickly once ordered and the products were great.
