Product was good, but i was disappointed at no response. 3rd May 2012 Further to my complaint by telephone today, I have been advised to send you this e.mail as well. I ordered from your Summer 2012 catalogue 101 DJ 1153 personalised pens for our scout group. I expected them to be blue as the catalogue has a (b) on the blue pen clip. The red pen (a) is not shown as personalised. Our Group colour is blue and I am very disappointed to have 50 red pens. Surely if both standard and personalised pens could be of either colour, we should have been asked for our preference, i.e.red, blue or mixed. I look forward to hearing your comments.
