Service Rating: Overall good service. Some of the product packaging is not very good. For fundraising, multipacks need to be separately packaged.

Service Rating: WhenI clicked each item it showed "Added to Basket" and when I looked at the basket, everything was there. But when I tried to pay, everything had vanished. Your telephone helpdesk staff said I needed to click "update basket" after every single item. There is nothing on the site to indicate this, and up until the last minute everything seemed fine. I had to reconstruct my entire order. I was furious - if I had had more time, I would have gone elsewhere.
The products and prices are good - but the user interface needs work!
