Product Rating: The sheet was screwed up in a plastic bag with the monkey. This should have been packaged separately. Did ask for this to be rectified but apparently they are all packaged like this - maybe they should be supplied with an iron!
Service Rating: After spending over £80 with Baker ross for a fundraising event, I was left feeling very disappointed. I called and expressed my disappointment with the jump up's and the screwed up sheets as soon as I received the items. I was told to return them and you'd send some others but was also informed the guessing sheets were all packaged this way and there was no way of guaranteeing the next ones would be ok either - quality product! My event was taking place a few days later so i just had to run with them and take it on the chin. You can imagine my reaction when the footballs did not blow up either. It was very embarrassing and only 9 people even bothered to try and win both sets which cost me £20. I run an animal sanctuary which is desperately in need of raising funds and we hold events like this throughout the year. I'll know better in future not to bother with your glossy magasine, and source some decent games and prizes.
I called you guys up to complain once and I simply do not have time to call up again and return poor items, but since you asked for feedback I thought I'd take the time to tell you. I'm not sure what good this will do me? I'd obviously like a refund and an apology, but I'm sure they'll be a reason as to why this won't be possible and you'd rather bang on about how you take feedback seriously and will improve with time... well please don't bother, I'm not interested as my event is over and I am out of pocket.

Product Rating: I thought the toy was cute however I did see a similar, slightly smaller one being sold at home bargains. I also think the wording could be changed on the poster, I was not donating the entire funds to a charity, I have to deduct the price of the product first. I am a volunteer for Netmums which is a non profitable organisation not a charity

You don't have to think about anything except what to put the tickets into. Delivery was very quick. All of the items I purchased were very good quality but at very fair prices.
