Service Rating: I would normally say 'excellent', but on this occasion I was a little disappointed. One item from my order was to be delayed but the rest of the order was to be sent out. However, this did not happen until I phoned to say order had not arrived. as a result, one of the crafts arrived too late forus to use it.
