I was given incorrect information regarding which telephone number to use to obtain a 10% discount for the Gird Guide Association. I was kept waiting for at least 15 minutes each time I dialled your number. I was told that one department would deal with my inquiry and then told by another young lady that it was yet another number. I was endeavouring to provide activities for 400 -450 girls this coming Saturday and it was only when the supervisor asked how big the order was that the matter was dealt with. It will be a long long time before I contact you again!! I have made up samples of all the activities ordered and they are delightful and I know that the girls will enjoy making them up and taking them home with them. The cost to me was too high, my patience was truly tried, it seems that the people I spoke to were not concerned at all about how their dreadful customer care was effecting me and my likelihood of using your company again. "When dealing with customers there needs to be a relationship built up so that no only will they buy this time but also in the future" this did not happen.
