The quality of your products are brilliant and the time they are delivered I can't complain. But the continuous emails are really un-needed an unwanted.

Was sent the wrong order initially, then advised on the monday that the correct order had been sent out for delivery, called the thursday as still not received and was told it went to the wrong depo but was back on track for correct delivery, received saturday but the packing list was dated for the friday! so not impressed that i was lied to about the delivery.
We are sorry to hear, that you received an incorrect order instead of your correct items. On looking into this further, I can see that the replacement order sent as an Express Delivery Service, was unfortunately mis-routed within the Fedex Depots which would explain for the delay in reaching you. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused in this matter.
